​I offer an initial 50 minute assessment session at £30 as an opportunity for you to explore what you wish to gain from counselling and to get an experience of me and how we might work together.

It is helpful if you leave a contact number so I can send a text letting you know I have responded in case my email gets diverted to spam. Let me know if you would prefer me to call or text over an email.
